Summary: When Marge and Homer are walking down the streets of Springfield, they come across a street artist who challenges people for bets. Homer bets 20 dollar but loses. Marge accuses the man of making the street unsafe. The man tries to run away, but marge hits him and he falls down. A while later he gets arrested and Marge decides her calling is to join the police force.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: When Marge is doing the police car course to earn her police badge, she is wearing a white shirt and her hair is in her signature tall style. When she finishes the course, she is wearing her police uniform and her hat is on with her hair down.
FAKE: While on the shooting range, Marge fires 24 rounds from her pistol without changing the magazine.
CONT: In Act 1, from when Homer plays 3 Card Monty till when Marge hits the dealer over the head with a garbage bin lid, Marge's necklace is white instead of the usual red.

TRIVIA

The original design of Marge Simpson in the police uniform did not have her hair down, but had her hair as normal with her cap on top of it. But Mark Kirkland thought it would take up too much of the frame, and also thought it would be too humorous, mainly because the portrayal of Marge as a police officer was not supposed to be funny.
