Summary: Lisa spends the days leading up the Thanksgiving building a centerpiece dedicated to female heroes of American history. In order to make room for more food on the table, Bart accidentally throws Lisa's centerpiece into the fireplace, destroying it. Sent to his room with no Thanksgiving supper, Bart escapes out his window and, with Santa's Little Helper, wanders the city, eventually landing at a homeless shelter where he is filmed by a TV crew. Returning home, Bart apologizes to Lisa for destroying her centerpiece.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

FAKE: Marge, just before telling Bart he can come to dinner after apologizing, places her hand on his purple doorknob. In the next shot, while the knob is still visible, her hand has jumped off screen.
FAKE: Just after Homer says grace, Marge gets up to talk to the children. She walks towards the head of the table but passes in front of Homer to leave the room. The next shot shows he has his chair pushed in, meaning Marge would have had to have walked through the table.
FAKE: In the last scene, the bread on Homer's sandwich flicks to lettuce and back again several times.
