Goof (continuity error): When the Strike Team raids the home of Two-Time, they drive by Dodger Stadium with lights on and a full parking lot. This would leave one to believe a game was in progress. Most night games in Major League Baseball begin around 7pm. Later at the hospital when Capt. Aceveado announces Officer Crowley's condition he says that at 1:30am a call for help was made from the spot of the shooting. It is very unlikely that the game lasted over 6 hours. It is just as unlikely that the Team just sat around the scene for a few hours before making the call in either.

Goof (crew or equipment visible): (at around 33 mins) A camera is visible on the right side of the screen slowly moving to his right, exposing him even more into the shot. The hand of the cameraman is also exposed for a brief second.
Goof (factual errors): When the SWAT team goes into the apartment complex after Shane and Vic arrest Frogger, the magazine in one of the officer's MP5 is inserted backwards.
Goof (audio/visual unsynchronized): Mackey can be heard during a conversation with Lanie but his lips aren't moving. He can be seen looking directly at the camera and standing next to Aceveda.
