Summary: When Monica puts Vic on the trail of an escaped fugitive wanted for multiple rapes, Vic must use all resources to catch the fugitive before he rapes again. After Dutch's secret plea to ADA Beth Insardi, he and Claudette seem to be making their way out of the doghouse when they are assigned to investigate a major drug distributor in Farmington.
