Mistakes/Goofs
- Goof (continuity error): In the initial car chase the chasers lose a driver side front hubcap in an early turn. When they park at the apartment building to conclude the chase the hubcap is back in place. Later, when Willett and Stone follow Jim away from the bar the hubcap is missing again.

- It's interesting to note that 2 actors in this episode played the same part, in different venues. Jackie Cooper was Perry White in the "Superman" movie series starring Christopher Reeve; Lane Smith was Perry White in the "Lois & Clark" television series with Dean Cain.
