Summary: Telephonies: The Gangreen Gang is making prank calls on people. They get the Mayor out of office and using Grubber's impersonation talents, they call the Powerpuff hotline and keep making false alarms. Tough Love: A villain so evil, that even someone saying his name creates fear in the hearts of men, tries to turn the tables on the Powerpuff Girls. He releases a gas on Townsville using a twirl of his claw. The gas makes everyone hate the Powerpuff Girls.
