MISTAKES/GOOFS

PLOT: In the episode "The Alliance" Pam states to Michael that the only birthday coming up is Meredith's and she says it's next month. In this episode Angela states to Jim that it is birthday month. She says "Kelly's was last week, Creed's is today, Oscar's is next week, and Meredith's is at the end of the month." Which would mean that they initially skipped over everyone else in the alliance from Season 1.
PLOT: In the Season 1 episode "The Alliance," Pam tells Michael that there are no near birthdays except Meredith's, which is next month. In "Survivor Man," Meredith's birthday is the middle of a series of birthdays that happen in quick succession.
CONT: A previous episode (when Michael wanted to plan a surprise party to improve morale) had established that there were no office birthdays for over a month before Meredith's. In this episode, her birthday falls at the end of "Birthday Month", in which at least three other people have birthdays.
