Summary: Michael lectures everyone on racism when he learns that one of the new employees is a former convict. The staff makes comparisons between the office and a prison, prompting Michael to form a new alter-ego, "Prison Mike." Meanwhile, Andy has his eye on all the pretty ladies in the office, and Jim gives him a little advice on how to score.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: During the scene where Michael is acting as a prison inmate, the purple bandana he is wearing constantly changes positions on his head through out the scene. The flower on the middle appears on the left and right and middle through the whole speech.

TRIVIA

After the employees come in from the outdoors, on the TV is a weather report from WBRE, the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre NBC affiliate. The snowy weather broadcast appears to be WBRE meteorologist Josh Hodell.
