Summary: Pickles wants to purchase a doll for Beth, but can't afford it. She learns that there's a shopping spree for whoever finds the message hidden inside a cigarette (forcing you to have to smoke them to see it). Pickles decides that she has to win, so she starts smoking around the clock until she finally wins. When she tries to start her shopping spree, however, she is too weak due to the cigarettes, so she gives them up. This causes her to replace the high-feeling of cigarettes with the adrenaline rush of thrills.
