Summary: Milo and his friends invade the Hills to catch fireflies, and are seen by Jared and Blaine. They report this to the Mayor, who appoints a child-services czar named Mrs. Hubbard to improve parenting skills. Helga contacts Milo, telling him that her parents went on vacation and never came back, and that if Mrs. Hubbard finds out, she’ll put her in an orphanage. Milo tries to help her out, but she mistakes his kindness for love, and believes that they are a couple.
