Summary: A news reporter, who does a show about the Joker called Joker, is knocked into the very vat of chemicals that Jack Napier (the Joker) was 7 years ago, by the Joker. But not before being hit with The Joker's "Laughing Gas". That combined with the chemicals made him a schizophrenic, just like the Joker, called, The Creeper.
