Summary: As Fran and Maxwell host their first anniversary party, the Sheffields and the Fines get together before Fran and her family move to California, and Fran is feeling fat since it is getting close for her to have the twins. At the party, Niles is worried about where his relationship with C.C. is headed and tries to propose her again, but she flees. C.C. and Fran then get stuck in an elevator, where Fran ultimately goes into labor. Once Maxwell and the others are able to get the two out of the elevator, Fran is rushed to the hospital to have her twins.
