Summary: When Val and Fran have their fortunes told at the beauty parlor, the psychic leads her to believe that Maxwell will wind up in bed with a leggy blonde in a Beverly Hills hotel. When she and Niles follow Maxwell and C.C. to California, the prediction comes true, only not the way Fran thinks. Back at home, Brighton wants to take a year off before going to Harvard and has a hard time deciding how to tell his father.
