Noser is Wendy and Lacey's eccentric neighbor. A musician who lobs song lyrics at people who pass him in the hallway he rarely leaves, he's an oasis of calm in a turbulent world. Noser may venture out in to the world beyond his hallway one day, but even if he doesn't, at least his chair looks comfortable.
