Who is Kimball Cho?

Kimball Cho was in Juvie as a kid and in the military before he joined the CBI. He is a straight arrow of an investigator on The Mentalist. He works alongside Patrick Jane and prefers to follow cases "by the book" like Teresa Lisbon, as opposed to Jane's unique take on investigations.
