Summary: When Sherman accidentally leaves the water running, a large amount of damage occurs to the home. Lucy insists that Viv pay for all the repairs as it was agreed upon in their lease. But a clause in the lease also gives Viv a loophole that would allow her to take possession of the home. Mr. Mooney suggests that they steal the lease away from Viv's clutches before she enacts on the clause.
