The show has started out as an excellent beginning of what could be a fantastic show. First of all, it'll hit you in that uncomfortable place that everyone who has tried and tried again to do what their passionate about and faced rejection and sometimes derision. It's very real and seemingly honest when compared to life, so far. In the end, I believe this show will rise or fall on how closely it can connect with people's own insecurities, but at the same time offer hope and show perseverance in the face of adversity. |
