Summary: After a storm destroys their fence, Doug and Carrie's neighbors come over to try to convince them to let the fence stay down, so they can have a combined backyard. When Carrie doesn't like the idea, she rushes to build a new fence, which offends their neighbors. Then the Sackskys build a pool that overlooks their yard, and Carrie wants to sue.
