  • Episode 02 - Goof (continuity error): In My Lucky Day, Linden makes a comment to Richmond about him still wearing his wedding ring even though his wife died 5 years prior. However, in the end of season one, during an interview with several people, one of the interviewers questions Richmond about the anniversary of his wife'
  • Episode 07 - Goof (continuity error): When Holder is walking through the casino gate there is a SUV parked on the shoulder about 100 yards away. After Linden makes a U-turn, the same SUV is shown through her windshield.
  • Episode 13 - Goof (revealing mistake): The front yard of the Larsen's new house contains a blooming, flowering tree - in the first week of November.
  • Episode 02 - Dep. Attorney Christina Niilsen is played by Danish actress Sofie Gråbøl who played the leading detective Sarah Lund in the original Danish series.
  • Episode 01 - Goof (continuity error): The phone number for Gil Sloan listed at the meeting is (509) 555-0058. In the next scene, Sarah reads it over the phone as 555-0192. Not only does this number not correspond to the one listed for Gil Sloan, it doesn't appear anywhere on the list of phone numbers.
