Summary: Frank accidentally allows a suspect to escape while inside the precinct. McNeil desperately needs to use the bathroom, but when he goes in, the missing suspect is in there and holds him at gunpoint. Al and Ruben are sent off on an errand to collect "Iggy" and "Butch," as a favor to McNeil.
