The Heckle and Jeckle Show tv show photo

Heckle and Jeckle are inseparable magpies, identical in appearance but different in personality. Though both are remarkably witty, Heckle spoke with a Brooklyn (NY) accent, while Jeckle has a refined British accent. Together, they sought to con free meals and shelter especially out of the upper class, who in all honesty, presented little difficulty for the clever and mischievous birds.
