  • Episode 22 - The title is based on the 1941 song "Deep in the Heart of Texas" with lyrics by June Hershey and music by Don Swanderis. A popular rendition of it was recorded by Perry Como and it shot to the top of Your Hit Parade in 1942.
  • Episode 18 - The Flintstones and the Rubles visit the Bedrock World's Fair and the 1964-5 New York World's Fair via a time machine.
  • Episode 07 - The title is based on the 1964 song "A House Is Not a Home" recorded by American singer Dionne Warwick and written by the team of Burt Bacharach and Hal David (II).
  • Episode 07 - When Fred and Barney are served alphabet soup for dinner, Barneys serving has the letters H B on top, a nod to Hanna Barbera.
