The title is based on the Shakespeare play 'Romeo and Juliet'.
In this episode we learn that Fred's feet are ticklish when Mr. Loudrock drops the stone fence that separates the Loudrock/Flintstone properties on Fred's ankles and starts tickling Fred's trapped feet after Fred begs him not to.
