I just found this little tidbit today: "The new ITV director of television, Peter Fincham, has made his first commissioning decision since starting his job - ordering another series of ITV1 drama The Fixer" Woohoo! Another season! This series I totally enjoyed, it had me hooked within the first 5 minutes. The characters are convincing, and the way the storyline is being played out is holding my attention...no need to have a finger on the fastforward button! (side note: Jodi Latham, who played the part of Calum, drove me crazy till about ep4, when I realized it was because he reminded me of Josh Hartnett) |

The first few episodes promise this show has potential. Love the dialogue, especially how 'human' the characters are. (Especially the younger crew member, sorry I forget his name). Quite a serious show but I have laughed out loud at other times. Requires your full attention to take in everything that is going on. |
