Teenage tv star Jett Jackson longs to have a normal life. Jett leaves Hollywood and his TV star mother behind to move back to rural Wilsted, North Carolina, with his dad, local sheriff Wood and his great-grandmother, Miz Coretta. But he finds the simple life is out of his reach as people expect him to live up to the image of Silverstone, M.S.P.I., the heroic private investigator he plays on tv.
