He has bitten numerous people, and has even been prosecuted under the Dangerous Dogs Act and taken to court. What can Cesar do to fully rehab Herbie? While in London, Cesar also meets with two actresses, Harriet Thorpe and Matilda Thorpe Spinks. Their two German Shepherds are not only littermates, they are equally badly behaved on the leash and off. The sisters are Cesar devotees and hope that he can teach them to regain their pack leader status. Out in the country, Cesar is introduced to Paddy, a sweet Cocker Spaniel who nips and growls fiercely when his owners attempt to put him in the car, even though once inside he's happy as a clam. Can Cesar calm this testy spaniel?
