Summary: Dogs left stranded after Hurricane Katrina are cared for in Operation Ruffugee by the Second Chance at Love Humane Society and host Cesar Millan. Also: love at first sight for a couple---but not their dogs, pit bulls Isis and Tina; and Nugget, a dog who's eating his owners out of house and home. Almost literally: Nugget's diet includes dish towels and the family's trampoline.
