Technically still an Associate, Rowdy is Sterling’s chief talent scout. Charmingly armed with his Louisiana twang, he oversees the first year program with a signature blend of genuine concern and “what’s-in-it-for-me” self-interest. Although he’s a great lawyer, Rowdy has assumed the role of the firm’s “fixer” (think Michael Clayton), who quietly digs up or disposes of any dirt that may arise in the course of business. Things aren’t much simpler in Rowdy’s personal life, as high living and bad habits add to his complexities.
