Summary: Johnny and Bruce are on their way to a 4th of July outing along the coast when they get caught in a stretch of highway that has been shut down. Johnny meets an eccentric couple and finds out from a vision that the woman is about to have a baby. While Johnny races to save the woman's child, he also has recurring visions of a huge car accident and must figure out how the accident occurred so he can save dozens of innocent people.
