The Complete and Utter History of Britain (UK)
TV Series (1969)
Regarded by some as a forerunner to 'Monty Python's Flying Circus'(see link below) this sketch show looked at famous events in British history from a quirky perspective. Only one series was made, by the commercial channel London Weekend Television. Terry Jones and Michael Palin did indeed go on to MPFC.
