Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (factual errors): An elevator box will only fall rapidly if its lifting cables are broken, but in the "shaft interior" shot, the counterweight is visible rising upwards normally, indicating that the cables are intact.
Goof (revealing mistake): The fake cop's sidearm-holster flops around loosely as he walks; obviously an empty holster.
