Summary: Sheldon gets in trouble with Amy when he isn't impressed by her recent accomplishment, and Howard must come to grips with Bernadette's dislike of children.

Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (continuity error): When Raj, Leonard and Howard are playing Jenga. Raj is seen taking a block and placing it on top of the tower. In the next shot, Raj is seen again placing the same block on top of the tower.
Goof (continuity error): The layout of Howard's bedroom has changed. In every previous episode, the door opposite the door to the rest of the house (to the right of camera) led to a bathroom, from which Howard emerged before his daydream session in Season Four's "The Hot Troll Deviation". Now, it leads to a closet, where Howard keeps his magic supplies.
Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): In this episode, Bernadette states that she's not good with children yet in "The Einstein Approximation", she reveals that she is indeed good with children citing her experience from her mother's at-home illegal daycare and demonstrating this by putting Sheldon to bed.

Trivia

Despite being Sheldon's girlfriend, Amy thinks he is the most shallow and self-centered person she has ever met.
Sheldon thinks his new pocket watch makes him look like a train conductor.
This is the first time that the phrase, "Shamy" has been used since Season 4's "The Zazzy Substitution".
Sheldon thinks Biology involves "yucky and squishy things".
Sheldon is fond of the Australian marsupial, the koala, and seeing them eat eucalyptus makes him melt inside. He even has a koala face for that.
