	Season 1 / Episode 17: - The Tangerine Factor Sheldon: I think I need another Mandarin lesson. I don't think I got through to them. Howard Wolowitz: For heaven's sake, if you don't like the tangerine chicken, don't order the tangerine chicken. Sheldon: I like tangerine chicken, I'm just not getting tangerine chicken.
	Season 1 / Episode 17: - The Tangerine Factor Sheldon: But why talk to me? Why not Koothrappali or Wolowitz? Penny: Well, Koothrappali can't talk to me unless he's drunk, and Wolowitz is... just disgusting. Sheldon: Yes, I guess he is.

CONT: While Penny is pouring chocolate syrup into her ice cream container, some spills down the side. In the next shot, there is no evidence of the spill. A few moments later, the spill is back having run down the whole side of the container.
CHAR: Sheldon, Leonard, Raj and Howard are seen playing the board-game "Talisman". They make numerous mistakes while playing, such as having too many pieces, using the wrong counters, having face down cards strewn about the board and rolling two dice to move their piece.

The book Sheldon is reading to learn Chinese is for Mandarin, but most of what he speaks during the episode is Cantonese. The only Mandarin he speaks in the episode is when Penny surprises him at the mailbox and he says, "You scared me to death!".
The board game that Howard, Sheldon, Leonard and Rajnesh are playing in the scene where they are eating Chinese food is "Talisman: 4th Edition."
