CONT: In the opening sequence, the false A-Team's van drives through the popcorn cart, destroying it. Right before they leave, the popcorn cart is undamaged.
CONT: The water in Murdock's room flooded out into the hallway when Face opened the door, yet in later shots, the hallway floor is dry.
