Episode 06 - Goof (revealing mistake): When Tom and Diana drive up to Gary's house, they drive into a puddle, and the wet tracks created by backing the car out of the puddle after a previous take are clearly visible.
Episode 06 - Goof (errors in geography): An ambulance is shown, but the coding is not EMT United States. It is EMTV-24 Canada
Episode 07 - Goof (revealing mistake): When Tom first speaks to his hallucination, his father warns him that he's standing in the middle of the road. A car horn honks, but there is quite clearly a "walk" signal behind Tom.
Episode 09 - Goof (continuity error): While chasing after Darren Piersahl, Tom Baldwin has large white letters NTAC on the back of his black jacket. When they are fighting in the water, the letters are gone so they look more alike.
Episode 08 - Goof (crew or equipment visible): In the movie theater, when Diana kneels down to talk to Kevin and Tess, there is some crew equipment wires visible and moving at the bottom of the frame.
