Episode Quotes
Sarah Connor: [to a severely wounded Cameron] You look like hell!
Guard: Hey! You the guy who smashed through my gate?
T-888: Yes.
Catherine Weaver: Hey... I liked that gate!
T-888: Catherine Weaver?
Catherine Weaver: Sure.
T-888: Yes.
Catherine Weaver: Hey... I liked that gate!
T-888: Catherine Weaver?
Catherine Weaver: Sure.
Agent Aldridge: Ten years ago you murdered one Miles Dyson, employee of Cyberdyne. Long time gone, but the man's still dead, so we've got that. Eight years ago, you and your son and a high school friend of his blow up a bank vault and die in the explosion. Now, of course, you're still alive, which is inconvenient for many, but the bank's still blown, so we've got that. More recently, and by that I mean Monday, you participated in a firefight leaving five dead and kidnapping one Savannah Weaver, daughter of Catherine Weaver and citizen of Scotland, making this incident both federal and international. Two of the dead were off-duty law enforcement officers, and that usually gets you the needle. But in that, I do digress.
Sarah Connor: [reading Aldridge's badge] Agent Aldridge.
Agent Aldridge: Yeah.
Sarah Connor: You're a funny boy.
Agent Aldridge: That's what mom says.
Sarah Connor: I never liked funny boys.
Sarah Connor: [reading Aldridge's badge] Agent Aldridge.
Agent Aldridge: Yeah.
Sarah Connor: You're a funny boy.
Agent Aldridge: That's what mom says.
Sarah Connor: I never liked funny boys.
Mistakes/Goofs
- Goof (factual errors): Agent Auldridge refers to Catherine Weaver as a citizen of Scotland. Scotland is not an independent country yet, although the leading political party is seeking independence. Catherine Weaver would be correctly described as a citizen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
- Goof (continuity error): The time line throughout the series has several mistakes. Most of the show takes place at the end of 2007. Yet in Alpine Fields, there is an incident which takes place six months later, where Derek helps a woman have a baby. But then Derek gets killed in Adam Raised a Cain and he is buried in a grave with a headstone dated "2009". But in the very last episode, Sarah is arrested and questioned by the FBI. The agent refers to her killing Myles Dyson ten years ago and two years later disappearing in the bank in 1999, which he says is eight years ago. So clearly Dyson died in 1997 and Sarah gets arrested in 2007. So Derek must have died in 2007, not 2009. So how did he help the pregnant woman six months later, which supposedly happened sometime in 2008.
- Goof (continuity error): In Season 1 it's established that Cameron has the same blue light in her eyes and blue visual interface as the female terminator in Terminator 3, but when her eye is shot off the mechanical lens is red.
- Goof (revealing mistake): John Henry says he throws 20 when confronting the Mind Flayer, but on screen a 1 is visible. 20 is opposite to 1, so 1 cannot be seen on screen.
- Goof (continuity error): In season 1 Cromartie's exposed metal skull travels through time with the Connors, but when John and Weaver travels through time together Cameron's damaged body is left behind.
Trivia
- Last show of the series.
- This is the second of two consecutive episodes, the other being _Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" (2008) {Adam Raised a Cain (#2.21)}_, named for a song written/performed by Bruce Springsteen. "Born to Run" appears on his 1975 album of the same name.
- The patch on Kyle Reese's coat is a Little League Umpire patch.
