Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (factual errors): In the morgue, when John is looking at Riley's body, the cloth was wrapped around her torso. It should have been covering her completely.
Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Katharine says that there are 23 stories in the building. When Savannah is in the elevator, the buttons for 26 floors can be seen.
