Summary: A pretty waitress has an affair with the boyfriend of an elderly mob boss called Ruthless Ruth. She forces him to kill her in front of her, but at the last second he opens fire on Ruth's cronies and takes off after Ruth. He kills off the rest of the mob family and kills Ruth, but the waitress has something in mind when he gets to Ruth's stash. Then, BOOM, he shoots her in the head and it turned out that he fantasized the whole thing.
