Summary: A wannabee actress goes berserk after her roommate lands a job that she had wanted. The actress slips sleeping pills into her roommate’s drink causing her to overdose and takes her place. After murdering another contestant, she wins the pageant. Now there's no one standing in her way and she is crowned Miss Autopsy 1992 pageant, and the winner must be deceased.
