Summary: Dr. Viper is back; this time his army of mutant plants seizes the tallest skyscraper in Megakat City. The mad scientist places a huge spore pod on the roof: when it explodes, the spores will cover the entire city, turning the metropolis into a giant swamp. While T-Bone distracts the "plantimals", Razor sneaks into the building to rescue Callie who happened to be inside... and to save the city.
