Summary: Dark Kat breaks into the Megakat Nuclear Plant and steals the nuclear material required to build a powerful bomb that will destroy Megakat City. In a desperate attempt to stop him, Commander Feral sneaks aboard Dark Kat's aircraft but gets captured. Feral's deputy, young and ambitious Lieutenant Steele, doesn't feel like rescuing his boss, so it's up to the SWAT Kats to save Feral and the city.
