Summary: On running away from the SWAT Kats, a four-eyed criminal Morbulus gets captured by Dr. Viper who turns him into a giant purple bacteria blob. Dr. Viper wants the monster to break into the almost impenetrable Biochemical Labs to steal a rare substance he needs. Normal weapons are ineffective against the bacteria; what is more, they split into two independent blobs when hit. Don't these monsters have any weaknesses..?
