Trivia
- When Greg is asked where he attended university, he replies Rummidge. This is a fictional university created by David Lodge (II), based on University of Birmingham, for his satiric academic trilogy ('Changing Places', 'Small World', 'Nice Work' - the latter two adapted into mini-series).
