Earl returns from Exile Island smug about the whereabouts of the hidden immunity idol. Meanwhile, the Ravu tribe starts their first tribal fire. This weeks challenge includes a slide down a slippery course with a task of collecting numbered balls along the way and place them in a basket at the end of the course. Sylvia is sent into exile where she believes to have figured out the idols hiding place. In the Moto camp, Gary falls ill and needs a medic to check him out. The immunity challenge consists of a Fiji food eating contest complete with octopus tentacles, peanut worms and pig snouts.
