Summary: Sam and Dean take on a being that uses phones and computers to cause people to commit suicide so it can claim their souls.

PLOT: SPOILER: The Crocotta used the phone lines to communicate with others via the Internet or phones (as in the scene where it showed Sam he was going to kill either Dean, either the girl's father), however he called the banker after he ripped the phone from the line and the young boy on the toy phone, both of which had no lines to the phone company.

Sam and Dean go by the names of Detective Campbell and Detective Raimi. This is a nod to director Sam Raimi and actor Bruce Campbell (I), who frequently gets cast in Raimi's movies.
