Summary: When Dean tells Sam about what John told him before he died, Sam heads off to Indiana without Dean knowing. There Sam meets Eva, a psychic who was looking for Sam in order to warn him about his fate. Meanwhile, Dean learns that Gordon is after Sam and races to find his brother before it's too late.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: Sam's injuries are absent during the Impala ride but the cuts and bruises reappear once he is inside Ava's house.
CONT: Amount of beer in the glass changes between shots when Sam is talking to Ash at the bar.
CONT: At 33:13 Sam's right shoe is smoking on the floor, as a decoy to draw Gordon out. Yet seconds later when they fight, the shoe is back on Sam's foot.

TRIVIA

When Dean and Sam are running from Gordon as he's shooting at them and jump into a ditch to duck down, the actor who plays Dean (Jensen Ackles) falls into it. The editors liked it and kept it.
In an extended scene, viewable on the DVD but cut from the final episode, just before Sam asks Ash for help finding other psychics, Ash is unsuccessfully hitting on a woman. As she walks away from him, he yells to her back, "Gimme some sugar, baby!" This is a much-loved line from Army of Darkness (1992), in which it is also spoken by a demon-hunting character named Ash.
