Summary: The Joker is tired of dealing with Batman, so he has stolen a statue made of solid kryptonite and makes a proposition to Lex Luthor: allow him to kill Superman in exchange for one billion dollars. Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne has a scheduled business deal with Lex Luthor, though when he arrives in Metropolis, he falls in love with Lois Lane.
