Summary: Thanks to Lex Luthor's interception of Brainiac's transmission, the latter's eternal quest for knowledge has led him to that tiny planet in the Milky Way: Earth. Brainiac, though, has no interest in dealing with Luthor, and instead is eager to reunite the last two Kryptonians, himself and Superman. This revelation of another survivor of Krypton – albeit artificial intelligence – leaves Superman bewildered. Everything becomes clear, however, after Superman experiences a prophetic dream revealing Brainiac's callous modus operandi.
