Sam Collins is a teen who programmes video games. and is the leader of a rock band. One day he's the victim of an energy surge. He becomes a character in one of his games "Servo". Meanwhile, Malcolm Fricke, finds a strange program "Kilokahn", which is a Military Artificial Intelligence program thought to have been created in his computer by the energy surge.
