Summary: Eddie listens to the telephone recording and tells Ricardo that he thinks Annie murdered Del. Ricardo tells Eddie that the recording is not proof. Olivia is discovered drunk by Gregory and he asks her she about her affair with Del. Paula decides to finish things with Ricardo. Annie asks Ben to give her an alibi. He promises to try and help her. Ben asks Gregory to help Annie. Ricardo finds Annie and takes her to the police station for questioning. Gregory learns from Ricardo that they have found Olivia's hair on a pillow in Del's hotel room. Olivia pulls a gun out of a drawer.
